We offer the following services for clients funded via Home Care Packages, DVA, NDIS (non-NDIA managed), and those that are privately funding their care. We also look forward to supporting clients under the upcoming Support at Home program as it becomes available. 

All new clients receive a comprehensive home or telehealth assessment to ensure all occupational and environmental factors are considered. During this assessment, some of the common recommendations we make are as follows:

Manual and powered wheelchairs to support your mobility.                                        

Scooters

Mobility scooters to improve your ability to access and travel in the community.            

Manual handling

Training and use of lifting aids to support carers to safely look after you.                              

Pressure care

Education and specialised equipment to reduce your risk of or heal current pressure injuries.

Capacity building

Improve independence with daily tasks through skill development, knowledge and resources.

Parking permits

Completion of applications for accessible parking permits.                                                              

Upper limb 

Development and implementation of individualised exercise programs.

Cognitive retraining

Use of personalised strategies to improve your daily memory and thinking.
