Melba Blyth-Elvin
Co-founder and occupational therapist
Melba began her career in occupational therapy within one of Melbourne’s leading hospital networks, where she developed a strong passion for working with the elderly population. After working in orthopaedic and neurological rehabilitation for many years, she moved to community-based practice where she found her area of passion.
In the community setting, Melba has focused on home modifications, equipment prescription, palliative care, and general occupational retraining, offering a comprehensive approach to enhancing quality of life for her clients.
Outside of her professional life, Melba finds relaxation in reading and caring for her garden and spends most of her spare time chasing her active toddler.

Natasha Koskarti

Natasha commenced her occupational therapy career within a home visiting role before transitioning to the hospital setting where she has worked across several of Melbourne’s major health networks within medical, surgical and rehabilitation settings.
Natasha's professional focus has consistently been on supporting the elderly and those living with a disability throughout their health journey. Her core aim is to empower individuals to achieve their goals and optimise their independence and ability to remain living at home.
Away from work, Natasha spends quality time with her young daughter and has a love for cooking, finding joy in preparing meals for family and friends.
