Minimum charge of 15 minutes per appointment

Initial assessment
Minimum charge of 1 hour

Initial assessment report writing
Minimum charge of 1 hour

Follow‐up home and community visit
Minimum charge of 30 minutes
(Follow‐up visit may include equipment trials, client/carer training, equipment set‐up, etc)

Additional services
Minimum charge of 15 minutes
(Additional services may include sourcing of quotes, equipment trial reports, home modification diagrams, etc)

Travel
NDIS and DVA fees as set by respective governing bodies
No fees apply for Support at Home or privately funded clients

*Please note, a fee of $100 may apply if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours
