Occupational Therapy Services

At Home Independence provides personalised occupational therapy services for adults, older people and people living with disability or chronic health conditions across Melbourne's eastern suburbs.

Our occupational therapists provide home-based assessments, equipment and assistive technology recommendations, rehabilitation and capacity-building interventions designed to improve safety, independence and participation in everyday life.

We work with clients funded through the NDIS, Home Care Packages, and private funding arrangements. Please contact us to discuss your funding arrangement and occupational therapy needs.

All new clients receive a comprehensive home or telehealth occupational therapy assessment, allowing us to consider the person, their daily activities, their home environment and the factors affecting their independence.
